Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution vs ProHeat Pet Pro: Which One To Get?

Overall

The 2X Revolution machines are part of BISSELL’s upright, electric, carpet cleaner machine range

They are designed to wet clean and dry carpets and area rugs, but also above floor level on upholstery with the use of a hose and cleaning tools.

We rated the 2X Revolution amongst one of the best carpet cleaners for pets on the market right now

So, you’d look at them if you want a popular carpet cleaner machine, and not more of a 2 in 1 wet dry vac like the BISSELL CrossWave range. You can also read a CrossWave vs 2x Revolution comparison here if you want more of an insight on differences

Pet vs Pet Pro – Which To Get?

In terms of what model of 2x Revolution you’d consider getting if you want a carpet cleaner …

If you just want the more basic cleaner machine of the two models, get the 2X Revolution Pet.

If you want the slightly more upgraded spec cleaner of the two (one example is you get a slightly longer cord), get the Pet Pro.

This model might be slightly pricier though.

You might also get a longer warranty with it (but check this at the time of purchase).

As of the time of writing this guide – the Pet Pro provided a limited 5 year warranty vs a 3 year limited warranty for the 2x Revolution.

Both are pretty good value for money cleaners compared to other cleaners on the market.

TurboClean PowerBrush Pet

It’s also worth noting that BISSELL has come out with the TurboClean PowerBrush Pet.

This is a lighter weight cleaner, with a smaller water tank capacity.

It also also only for carpets and rugs, and not above ground cleaning of upholstery.

If a lighter weight cleaner (12lbs vs 18lbs for the Revolution and Revolution Pet Pro) is something that appeals to you, you can view the TurboClean PowerBrush Pet here:
