The major difference between these cleaner machines is that the HOOVER Power Scrub Deluxe and Elite models, and the BISSELL 2X Revolution are upright carpet cleaners (that wet clean, and dry suction a surface).
The HOOVER Pet Max Complete and Pro Pet Swivel models on the other hand are upright vacuums only.
Although we haven’t listed them amongst the best vacuums for pets, they are very comparable in quality and performance to the listed vacuums, and are worth consideration.
