The AKC has a list available of the most recently recognized dog breeds, and dog breeds recognized by year.

Since the year 2010, some of these breeds include:

It’s possible dogs have been bred and also recognized in other areas of the world other than America that don’t appear on the AKC list. 

Also note that there is a difference between when a dog is bred into existence, and when it is actually recognized by an official dog organisation.
