Bissell Symphony vs Symphony Pet: Which One To Get?
Firstly, both machines are 2 in 1 vacuums and steam mops.
They are meant for sealed floor surfaces like hardwood, ceramic, granite and linoleum.
The steaming function is for sanitizing germs and bacteria, and the vacuum function is for picking up debris, hair and dirt.
So, if this type of machine and these types of surfaces are what you want for cleaning, they may be worth consideration.
The regular Symphony might be for those without pets, whilst the Symphony Pet might be for those with pets.
For both models, be aware of the warranty conditions and return policy before you buy.
If you don’t think either Symphony model is suited for you, you might like to check out these guides on some of the top rated vacuums, and also steam mops, both for pets:

In our opinion, it may be worth buying a vacuum and steam mop separately, compared to the 2 in 1 Symphony models.
Bissell Symphony vs Symphony Pet: Differences
There’s two main differences between the two models, and those differences are:
1. The Symphony Pet comes with additional disposable pads for throwing away pet mess. Both models have the regular washable pads, but the Symphony doesn’t have the disposable pads
2. The Symphony pet comes with the Drop-It Tank Emptying System so you don’t have to get your hands dirty or touch the dirt/debris tank when emptying your machine (you don’t have to reach into your dirt tank when emptying). This tank emptying system is exclusive to the Pet Symphony
Depending on when and who you buy from, you may also find the Symphony has a one year limited warranty compared to the two year limited warranty of the Symphony Pet.
But, check and confirm the warranty yourself prior to buying.
